Milwaukee 18 volt right angle. # 3109-24. How do I know?
I have been using one on my Freedom 36 (500sf main) for 2 years .
The right angle unit is critical because it give you two lower gears
depending which end you chuck into the motor. My winches are Barient
27's and I get 4 to 6 hoists out of a charge. Can haul 250 lbs. to the
mast head 3 times on one charge. Works slick and is $4000 cheaper than
Harken. Get two batteries and an inverter. I had a machine shop cut
down an old winch handle and insert a shaft, but the ebay item is
cheaper than what it cost me.
