Default I managed . . .

Details, details. The point is I've managed to make sure
this group does not get overrun with women who ruin it
by being more interested in silly female flirting and
goody-two-shoes, smiley emoticons than in sailing.

Too many woman posting has a negative effect on
any newsgroup which is interesting primarily to men
and that's a fact. Women who don't allow men their
own space in which to discuss their sailing interests
without constantly butting with distractions and female
fluff should be ashamed that they don't have enough
interests of their own to keep them occupied. Might
as well be spoiled little children demanding to be the
center of attention - that's what you women do.

Lady Sailor I chased off.

Lie. In Mexico cruising (unlike you) and is posting from cyber cafe's along the way

Lady Pilot I ran off.

Lie. She's still here. Hasn't fone anywhere, but posts when she's not flying around doing her job.

Haggie I embarrassed so thoroughly that she posts only rarely.

Lie. Is working at her boatyard job plus handling her husband's business and is just plain busy...

Trojan Lady is history.

Lie. Trojan Lady was not a woman but was the name of the man's boat. True dementia setting in Neal's mind.

Nora threw in the towel.

Lie. (Unless she's just a Neal construct...) Purportedly having kidney surgery, which is not a thrilling thing to go through.
Doubt if she could sit at a computer for any length of time. Not that I miss her or anything.

Katysails is losing interest.

Lie. I've been posting her just as regularly as I always have.

Horvath is conspicuous in her absence.

Truth. He's probably in the psychiatric unit of Wayne State Hospital for his advanced syphilis.

Ms. Carroll is facing a legal action.

Unknown. And unprovable.
