Did I say I paid that? Those are the prices at a first class marina in CT, Brewers
Westbrook - same ownership as "Capri" which RB mentions often.
My marina is the "most economical" in Boston. We have such amenities as our own onsite
SuperFund Cleanup crew. Security is a by-product of being next-door to the LNG tanker
facility. And should I feel the need, the Asphalt Distribution Center is right around the
corner.

| 4K would be about right for a 40 footer at a Brewer's yard. $44 per foot
for storage,
| $16/f + materials for shrink, $10/f to leave mast in, more to unrig and
store.
| Decommissioning engine, genset, etc. It adds up fast when you go first
class.

| USCG doc's, a
| copy of my drivers license so when you think it's someone elses, and
even
| take you for a sail, that should cover the $4k for the storage.
|
| 4K for storage. Even at Capri that would be a 65 foot boat. Now we know
you
| don't have a boat.
