Default The Cheapest Boat Ever

No boat that I can find, with any reasonable production history is as low
priced and poorly regarded as the Coronado 27. A quick look around the web sees
several for sale in the 3-9K range. The more expensive ones aren't selling of
course.
Now, let's compare to the C&C 27 MK V. Valued at around 20K it's actually
improving in value over the past few years, along with most other C&Cs. The
reason? Quality, known to the sailing public by a fine reputation that Coronado
owners can only dream of. The C&C simply does everything better and faster, and
it looks like a boat doing it. The Coronado looks like a bloated Dunkin Donuts
inflatable toy given out with a large coffee. It's just plain ugly and
ungainly.
Neal claims that he's made a Swan of his Coronado, but all we see is bad decor
and a bent boom that everyone agrees is a concern. He compounded his folly by
ordering sailing from an internet seller, and they look it
By the way, the reason to boom was ruined in the first place is because Neal
didn't understand the first thing about the physics of a mainsheet and it's
placement.

Thank you!
