Actually, as of December 15th, we will have closed the deal via a contract,
pending a final payment. She'll be dry through that time. The only bad part is
we'll pay storage on the second boat, but can't use her.
We won't take the boat until 2005 of course, but that's when Suzanne is done
with school. The only change is that we were supposed to wait an extra year
before going bigger, but the deal is just too good, just like the 32.
