At cost? Are you talking about the cost of maintaining
the dock? What at-cost are you talking about?

Seems expensive in any case. We pay about $1600 for
the entire year for a 30 foot slip. I believe that a 40 foot
slip is about $50 more per month. And, this is in Sausalito,
which is about the best possible place to have a boat.

I pay the same price unless I exceed 40 feet. I pay 1K less than any
non-slip
owner here, because Anthony gives me the slip at cost. The only other fee
I pay
is 150 for electric/water.
The cost? 2450 per season. The cost of a slip through the club? 3350 + 250
for
services. Getting the 36 will only cost us $140 more for land storage.
If tomorrow goes well and we come to an agreement we'll be sailing for
free
again anyway.
