Default President George W. Bush poll numbers back up

(10-13) 13:00 PDT WASHINGTON (AP) --

President Bush's job approval rating, which had
slumped in several recent polls, has bounced back to
56 percent in a CNN-USA Today-Gallup poll
released Monday.

In mid-September, the president's approval was
at 50 percent in a similar poll and at 49 percent in
an NBC-Wall Street Journal survey -- some of the
lowest numbers of the Bush presidency. But the
recent poll, conducted Oct. 10-12, shows the
president's standing with the public improving.

"Citing a specific reason for the change is difficult,"
said Gallup Executive Editor Frank Newport,
who instead mentioned several possible factors
for the recent increase. Newport pointed to signs
of an improving economy, including the uptick in
the stock market; the Bush administration lobbying
on Iraq and media coverage of the California recall
that pushed criticism of the president off the front pages.

Hey, dummies! The President's job approval rating is
up because he's doing a fine job. More and more people
are beginning to realize that Bush's tax cuts he pushed
through in spite of Democrat foot-dragging have stimulated
the economy and it's going uphill from here. This is good news
for people who see the unemployment numbers going down
and inflation in check. The stock market has made fantastic
gains and given those of who invest in it a good paycheck.
The economy has improved BECAUSE of the President's
policies. It's not some random happening as the liberals
would have you believe.

People in California have realized tax and spend is not the
correct path so they gave 'Gray-out' Davis the boot and
elected a Republican who will show more fiscal restraint.
People associate fiscal resposibility more with Rebublicans
than with Democrats. That's a fact.

Democrats have forgotten their own impeached
President's rejoinder, "It's the economy, stupid!"

President Bush also has managed to overcome slander
after slander and the more these slanders are proven to
be mean-sprited Democrat tactics the more people will
get behind the President of the United States of America
for the outstanding job he has done at the helm of the
country. He sure as heck puts the previous administration
to shame.

The Democrat party is working to destroy a great man
and weaken a great country to get themselves back in
power. It's a good thing the majority of voters are rejecting
these anti-American and criminal policies more and more
as time passes.
