Default Need Keel and Rudder

I know of a decent Chysler 26 that was blow over in a hurricane a few years

parts).

Any ideas where a replacement keel and rudder can be found?

There is a Chrysler owners group on the web somewhere, try Google. However,
when you say "this boat can be purchased for almost nothing" you're looking at
it from the wrong way around. This boat is ready for the landfill, and if you
want to sink your money and labor into it, then whoever is trying to dispose of
it should pay you to take it.

The Chrysler 26 could become a nice boat, but it will soak up approximately 5X
as much money and 20X as much time as you think it will.
