Not always. Sometimes, the bay we're fishing gets crowded with wannabe
pistol targets - the drunks who don't understand what their wakes do to
anchored boats. You get a dozen of those monkeys buzzing around within 200
feet of you, and it can raise hell with a stationary boat.
