Well, the Nine Virtues are a modern attempt at distilling
the Eddas and Sagas into a small list of principles. So
if the Nine Virtues are well crafted, they should reflect
the lessons of the Sagas and Eddas.

One of the reasons that there are several alternate versions
of the Nive Virtues is there are more than nine general
lessons to be learned from the Lore. So the choice of the
Nine show the choser's biases.
So name the virtue, and you'll generally be able to find
someone in the Lore living up to that standard and doing
well. You'll also be able to find someone brought up as a
bad example and what happened to them, also.
So, any suggestions for a tenth?
Teamwork. Being able to get along with folks to pursue a common
goal is better than each acting on his own with no shared view.
Snort!
Sounds like a good ralying cry to me!
