Besides being a complete asshole, you've got to be one
of the most ignorant people in the world.
What has this to do with the topic?
Everything you say is either an outright lie or an ignorant
assumption. Comments interspersed.

A few months ago, the French and German governments were given all
sorts of
abuse by various members of the Bush administration for their refusal to
support war in Iraq.
Wrong! The French and German government leaders were given
WHAT THEY DESERVED for playing politics and putting their
own economic interests ahead of the war against terrorism.
What a strange answer. You started out by saying that I was wrong, and
then you proceeded to say the same thing!!!
Typical
short-sighted and cowardly liberals that they are they actually think
a stick-your-head-in-the-sand-and-show-your-ass posture will
impart safety.
They thought that attacking Iraq will cause an increase in global terrorism.
They could care less about their stated reasons against invading Iraq. The
bottom line is they stood to lose billions with illegal contracts for
weapons
and favorable oil prices in exchange being nixed as soon as Saddam's
govt. was thrown out.
Good point! Foreign policy is always influenced by economic
considerations.
Some US companies are doing very well out of the recent war. Oddly, they
are not only American companies, but they all seem to have very close ties
to the Bush administration.
Now, that it has happened they are even more bitter
because they no longer receive special prices on oil for their illegal
weapons
contracts. France and Germany should be next on the list of countries to
have their governments overthrown
Uh oh!!!! I think that you have just revealed that you are a liberal at
heart. That's a pity. It's more fun argueing with a redneck.
right after Iran, N. Korea, Syria,
Saudi Arabia, etc. and any other country that supports terrorists groups
and activities. As for their claims of no WMDs how come they were
signatories to so many resolutions against Iraqi WMDs. They are either
very stupid or very duplicitous or both at the same time.
Nobody is claiming that Iraq never possessed WMD. The only issue was the
threat posed by those WMD. If there was no threat, then there was no real
excuse for the war.
The big question is "Was Bush so stupid that he really believed that Iraqi
WMD posed a threat?" 80% of the world's population did not think so.
The situation in Iraq has now gone "tits up", just as the French and
Germans predicted.
The situation in Iraq is under control.
So why is Bush asking for international help??
Maybe you should stop watching Fox! Only the incidents that result in US
deaths are being reported. These are only a small proportion of the total.
The French and Germans are
wrong, were wrong and will continue to be wrong unless they change
their "Me First" attitudes.
Nope! So far they have been proved to be absolutely correct. There were
no WMD, and there was no link between Al Q'aeda and Saddam.
****Bush went after the wrong target.****
Unless and until they decide to pony up an
ante they will continue to be dealt out of any future economic benefits.
This is what gauls them. They lost their arguments and are too proud
to swallow their pride. I think this is also what gauls you.
I'm not galled by the situation. I am surprised that the Bush spin machine
has managed to turn this into a left vs right issue, and that they have also
managed to make it a test of "patriotism". Do Republicans really believe
that democrats are not patriotic? If so, then you have some really tough
times ahead.
The Iraqis appear to be becoming more hostile to the occupying forces.
There is also evidence that Al Q'aeda are gaining a foothold in parts of
Iraq. I assume that you can see the irony - Bush says that Iraq needs to be
invaded because Saddam is providing training camps for Al Q'aeda, and the
invasion creates the environment that allows AL Q'aeda to set up shop. This
alone proves that Bush is an idiot.
Now, the Bush administration is seeking assistance from the French and
Germans because the US is finding it difficult to deal with the daily
terrorist attacks.
The US is NOT finding it difficult to deal with terrorist attacks in
Iraq.
So you must think that the US approves of the terrorist attacks??? Get
real!
Like President George W. Bush stated, "Bring 'em on!" Unlike
idiots like you, Donal, the President realized it's far better to fight
terrorists in Iraq with soldiers than allowing them free access to
our citizens and trying to fight them with police and firefighters
here in our streets.
Many of the terrorists in Iraq were *not* terrorists before the war. There
has been a nett increase in terrorism. Bush will not be able to confine it
to Iraq.
This is a fact that simpering cowards like yourself
can't seem to get through your simian skulls.
I don't think that I am being very clever.
Right you are! You are incapable of an original thought. Like all
other liberals you get your list of lies and talking points right off
a liberal website or publication. You and your rhetoric and
what you call arguments are pathetic. Begone coward!
S.Simon - will not abide continued liberal lies and ignorance
BTW, you do yourself a great disservice by your overuse of personal insults.
It weakens your arguement, and it only tends to obscure any valid points
that you have.
Regards
Donal - who knows a Simple idiot when he sees one.
