No there are 2 better. The Express 30 and the X-Yachts X-332.

The Express 30 has no bunk of reasonable size for someone 6'3. It's far
slower
than the C&C 34XL. It's cabin is smaller than the boat I have now! It's a
starter boat.
The X-Yachts reminds me of the C&C 99 with a inferior interior. Neither
the
X-Yacht nor the C&C are less than 100K used.
