Shore - - - coast basically the same. Look up coast in the dictionary. The

serve as "chief mate" on a vessel which is not even required to carry a
mate, which is the only commercial vessel on which you could possibly

qualification to serve in any capacity on any vessel with a manning

You can't even sail as an OS on a commercial vessel, you aren't even
