Running, the apparent wind would be light, but that doesn't
mean it isn't blowing.
We never use a preventer unless we're going to be on extended
downwind leg. Students need to get the feel of what is going on
a preventer interferes with that.

Pretty funny. This proves that a photo can be very misleading. We actually
had
to reef down moments after this pic was taken and the boat was still
soaked
during the next two hours.
