Well, George W was governor of our Great State of Texas and we were
unaffected as we have our own grid. Just how many of your New York
problems are you going to blame on this guy?

That electrical system
was last considered modern in the 1950s. Perhaps the democrats'
energy policy will be unveiled soon. Of course, they may not have
enough electricity to communicate it to anyone
