"Right. Have you heard of Cole's Law?"

"No, what is it?"

"Thinly sliced cabbage!"

And for putting up with that, you get my cole slaw recipe:

Cole Slaw

2 14oz pkg Cole Slaw mix
1 teaspoon salt (usually more needed)
2/3 cup sugar or 1/3 cup Truvia (better)
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon coarse ground pepper (or lots more!)

Mix the salt, sugar (I use Truvia), etc. in a separate bowl. Add all to the cole
slaw mix 30 minutes before serving. Chill and serve.

This is really good. Much better than a mayonnaise based.
