Amazing how different Biden's approach is compared to Trump's non-plan.

Of course, if Congress were ready to do something, which it is not, much
of this could be done legislatively.

You just like his empty rhetoric more than Trump's empty rhetoric.
The reality is the drug companies are going as fast as they can go and
the bottle neck on vaccination is supply right now.
DPA is not going to do much to change that.

The rest is just wishful thinking and feel good blather.

You have no way of knowing what the suppliers can produce and it isn't
just the vaccination drug that is in short supply.

I know enough about business to understand when you can sell all you
make, you do everything you can to make more and it does seem to be
the vaccine that is in short supply now. The anticipated "syringe"
problem is not what is holding up the program, at least not here. Now
that they have pharmacies and grocery stores in the loop, personnel
isn't a problem either.

You have no knowledge of the logistics, supplies, and personnel
necessary to innoculate tens of millions of people in short order.

The pharmacies do. They do about 100 million flu shots a year. (plus
pneumonia, shingles, measles and a bunch of others)
