He is just being a lawyer. No matter how frivolous your case is

much the evidence is against you, there is still a lawyer who will
present your case.

The problem arises for these lawyers when they try to argue their
bull**** in front of a judge.

Sadly, there are still judges who believe it.

The Repubs brought the court cases, ergo, they picked the courts...

They might not get the judge they want tho.
