Maybe Trump learned from the Clintons.

They were close personal friends at the time and I think Chelsea still
talks to Ivanka when nobody else is around.

I still think Trump is going to slip away quietly before January. He
might tweet his resignation from Palm Beach.
That might be the best thing for everyone concerned.
Trump could say we didn't fire him, he quit.
Pence and Biden could have an orderly transition under cover of the
media circus, the Trump and Rudy Show will be putting on.
Pence gets to be president for a month or so and stand on the podium
with Biden in a traditional handoff of power.
Everyone wins.

Too graceful for Trump, who totally lacks grace.

Is it graceful to default on a payday lender loan, and have to have a judgement placed against you for more than the original loan?

That's how payday lenders make their money - charging high interest
rates and rolling it forward with refinances until the borrower is
eventually forced to sell something.

We all understand that. It's just funny that your fellow democrat and compatriot, harry krause, who you are seemingly now aligned with, uses and abuses that business model. I try to keep better company.

I don't consider myself to be a democrat. Like I said in a previous
post, I believe Biden to be the lesser of two evils. Apparently a lot
of other people agree. Trump's attempts to subvert the electoral
process and stay in office border on treason.

Hopefully the upside of his action will be to expose the flaws and bias in the whole electoral process. I think that with it being a national election, there should be national rules that every state and county within must follow. Also that there should be observers to the ballot counting process who are allowed to actually observe. Additionally, it should be easier to vote. Waiting in line for hours is unacceptable. But voting by mail without insuring the person voting is who they say they are is also unacceptable. You have to have ID to buy a beer or cash a check (or any of a huge list of things you do to live), so it is completely unacceptable to be able to vote without providing ID. The Dem's argument that it discriminates is complete and utter BS. They only reason to say it is not OK to require ID to vote is to enable cheating, and I fully believe the Dems achieved that this election.

The biggest danger and horror to our democracy and country will be a Biden POTUS. The man is weak of mind, and will be controlled by some of the most left-wing socialists this country has ever seen. You'll have yourself to thank when they take your boat and retirement account so they can redistribute the wealth to the poor, downtrodden antifa thugs who hate the fact you are a successful older white man.

Right on. We're in for a scary ride.
