Whatever restrictive religion-based rules he follows in his personal
life aren't going to become pronouncements in his public life. Biden has
said:

woman should have that right."

His public option for the Affordable Care Act will cover abortion.

In his plan for health care, Biden said that he wants to build on the
progress made by the Affordable Care Act, which covers access to
preventive care and contraceptives. He proposes that "the public option
