The problem is virtually all banks are chartered by the feds and use
the federal reserve to transfer funds. There is at least one "pot
bank" that I have heard of. It is used for medical pot sales in
Florida. There was a story about it in the paper.
It is called CanPay and it works like a debit card. I assume you can
use normal banking to refill the debit card since no pot has changed
hands yet.
