If you sell to Harry, be sure to get your money first.
I thought this was someone selling fake moon rocks but it looks like
fake pot. I suppose you have to pay with bit coins or something since
banks will have nothing to do with that business.

The FedÂ’s not allowing banks to deal in Pot money is a major problem. How
do a pot dispensaries pay their taxes? What do do with the cash?
AcquaintanceÂ’s brother has a legal pot dispensary in Oregon. He says his
brother has those problems. $100k month profit.

Credit Union?Â* Shell Company?Â* There must be a way.

Credit unions are subject to federal regulation and would probably be
forced to pass. I was on the board of directors of a credit union in
a past life. The problem is that weed is still illegal at the federal
level.

There are all sorts of conventional money laundering schemes that
could be made to work but most are illegal if caught by the feds.

The law requires that trades and businesses report cash payments of
more than $10,000 to the federal government by filing IRS/FinCEN Form
8300, Report of Cash Payments Over $10,000 Received in a Trade or
Business. Financial institutions are also obligated to know the
source of all incoming funds. Breaking transactions up into multiple
smaller units, aka smurfing, is also prohibited.

Maybe a state chartered bank?
