That's a great price for that house.Â* Beautiful place!

It has been on the market for well over a month so I guess they are
having a hard time convincing anyone.
It does have a couple docks and lifts, maybe even more if this
includes both parcels. (3 more docks and lifts) They do show the guest
house on the second parcel but they don't talk about it. It may just
be the photographer's mistake.


That same place on the east coast, with ocean access, would be more than
twice that price and sell in a week!


It would be a lot more in Naples and in Captiva too. This is really a
pretty much blue collar neighborhood with a few houses on the river
that get the 7 figure prices. Even in my development a couple hundred
yards down the river new FEMA compliant houses ~2000 sq/ft are
approaching a mil.
