You're starting to sound very silly.

Why not? I have really only been in Costco once in the last couple
months but they limit the number of people in there, they stopped
giving out free food and they cleared out the aisles so you are not
bunched up. Walmart is the same way. It is easy to keep a reasonable
distance. If you read the current guess, they also say the problem is
prolonged contact, not just walking past someone.
When you look at the recent outbreaks, that seems to be true too. They
are people who were sitting in pews together or at a big party,
probably passing a joint around among other things.

Greg, don't wear a mask. If I see you in a store or other place of business,
I'll think you don't give a **** about others.



Me and the other 30 or 40%, including the employees who are improperly
wearing their masks or not wearing one at all.

Went to Costco and Safeway today. Both had many customers and employees in the
store. I saw not one person without a mask. Not one. I suppose we were all
'mindlessly following silly rules'. Bull****.

The President and CEO of Costco (Craig Jelinek) *mandated* that all
Costco employees and members (customers) must wear a mask in the
store. Only exceptions are children under 2 years old. This mandate
was issued back on May 4th.

It's working. Also at our local Safeway.

Costco is the only place I ever go that requires a mask (HQ in the
first virus hot spot state, WA, may have something to do with it) and
Publix is even loosening up on the employees. No Safeway here.
I think that they are starting to question how effective a mask that
gets worn all day, removed when they take a break and put back on,
really can be.

Don't ask me, ask your doctor, what is the protocol on masks in his
office? Do they reuse masks between patients? How long will they wear
one mask? How do they dispose of the old ones?
Get back to me.

If your doctor says they used a T shirt scrap wrapped around their
face that they reuse all day long, run, don't walk out of there.

I've been to my doctor once since this started. Everyone, including me, wore a
mask. I didn't question them on their protocol. I figure they know more than
me...or you, for that matter.
