Most of it is the doings of Bertie the Bunghole and I've

Oh, I forgot, another thing it does is makes them, if they
wish to be disruptive here, limit there cross-posting to two
newsgroups. Once they start doing that all one needs to do
is create the final, perfect rule that squashes them once and
for all. It is quite funny actually that they are so impotent
as to be gone forever once only two rules are in place.
