That all assumes the person is sneezing.
It also assumes the cartoon is accurate.

They are generated by Universities, both here in the states
and in Europe. Universities don't put their name on
something unless it is well researched, checked and accurate.

It's not a bunch of freshmen sitting around drinking beer
and creating "cartoons".

And yes, the text says they are modeling a sneeze.
