That sounds like our military, shoot a million dollar torpedo into a
$40,000 boat ;-)

These days with modern fire control, you could hit the guy you want to
in the head with a 5"/54 for around $300 at a couple of miles.

You could always give them a "burp" from a 30mm gatling gun if they
get too close for the 5" but that probably costs more than a garden
variety 5" HE round.

Small boats have no business screwing with a Destroyer, unless they
want to be destroyed. We need to teach them that.
