Hospitals and doctor's offices are laying off people because of things
like this.
The PT place my FIL goes too seems to only be seeing a few people a
day and they have laid off at least one therapist and one admin. They
want his business so badly his end day has been extended 6 weeks. I am
guessing as long as they get paid by Medicare he will still be going.
It is supposed to be a 30 minute session but since nobody else is
there, he goes until he wants to stop. At this point it is just an
exercise class.
