produced a national plan that takes charge of production and distribution
of need supplies, for starters?

Maybe because putting a layer of government bureaucracy on top of the
supply chain would just slow it down. If we listen to whiners like
Cuomo, everything would be sitting in a warehouse in New York, waiting
until they *might* need it and nobody else would have any.

President Moron is claiming again the U.S. government isn't an ordering
clerk for the states, thereby leaving the states to fend on their own
and compete with each other and the U.S. government to buy needed
