Trump has repeatedly said he would welcome a call from Biden with
suggestions.

Biden won't. He doesn't want to be on the record in case his
suggestion blow up.

By the time they put the call through, Biden would forget why he
called.

Probably thinks "covid-19" is someone's twitter handle/name.
