It is better that they just let this shake out on its own. If they
closed the market, stocks might open near zero when they finally rang
the bell.
I think the investor panic is just following the politician and news
outlet incited panic we see on TV.
OTOH there is the chance, this is the big one.
It all depends on whether they can declare the crisis is over soon,
like China did, whether it is true or not ... like China did.
