You are most kind. I would have called him a third rate writer and hope
that it would achieve similar results. It worries me that such
encouragement of incompetance may lead to complacency. After complacency
comes sloth and he already saeems to have plenty of that except when
reaching for food. Perhaps I should try to compliment him on his ability
to not drip grease on his decks -or does he?

The answer is, of course.... nothing! That's why I complimented Bob by
suggesting that he was a *second* rate writer!


We only have one life. We should take this opportunity to spread happiness.
That's why I am proud to boost Bobsprit's ego by saying "You are a second
rate script writer." I really believe that a white lie is forgivable, if
you tell it for fundamentally good reasons.

It's my Christian duty to be kind to him...... and he really could be a
second rate script writer with a little improvement (I think).
