I heard this, but wondered if it's really true!

BREAKING NEWS:

The Chicago Police Department has replaced all sirens with the National Anthem to force suspects to
stop running and take a knee.

If true, then that's pretty doggone racist if you ask me.

Lol! Yes if that happened and kneading was a response, there’d be plenty of lawsuits about “baiting”...
