How is it possible that a brass case will attract a magnet? Is it
brass plated steel? Somethings fishy.
You are right. I didn't see that.

They said it’s reloadable and boxer , not berdan primed. So,
But the finish is off?
I did more looking and the NATO M-80 spec allows a copper jacket or a
BiMetal jacket. The cases are brass.

If they will attract a magnet there must be some steel somewhere.
BiMetal (bullet jackets) are a soft steel alloy. I have some pictures
around here where I pulled one and scratched it up. They are pretty
soft for "steel" but it is still supposed to be tougher on the bore.
Barrel life is degraded after 4,000-5,000 rounds, roughly equal to
10,000 rounds or more as tested in an AR-15. Slower bullets have less
effect. For folks like Harry who sells his guns every year or so, it
is insignificant.
