10+ bowl movements a day. Antibiotics started to help diarrhea from assumed Giardia but then day 5 got worse

did i relapse on Giardia, is this C-Diff, or something else?

dr gave me 250mg, 3x day, for 7 days of Flagyl / metronidazole to treat Giardia.

symptoms were getting better but returned on day 5. Now I'm sitting on the toilet 10+ times a day. Before it was less than 6 times a day. any input greatly appreciated.
