So, you're saying that if I said you, for example, molested iguanas

several shoved up your butt, and that you're currently in rehab from
the surgery they had to perform to extract the iguanas, and that you
did actually attempt to marry one of the iguanas, you're going to sue
me? Ok. I will not claim any of those things, but I think you should
keep checking to see if I ever do claim that you've run afoul of the
laws of God and Man by shacking up with ugly iguanas. You never
know.

can hear his voice then that will fit the definition of stalking.

I think a threatening phone call is considered stalking, too
