You do know that Norway's population is just over 5 million
people.
I'm Sure they to the best they can with that limitation.
So they need 700 US Marines? They have a decent sized military. Why

I think 700 recon marines could take Norway.
The Norwegians spend their resources on improving and sustaining the
lives of their fellow citizens. They have relatively small armed
forces.
And like most socialists, if there's something they want, they expect
someone else to provide it for them.
Let them train and equip their own Marines.

One minute you're whining that we spend too much on our military, and
the next you're a proponent of spending more on our military so we
can send troops to a country that won't spend the money themselves.

Harry has two basic rules:
1. Don't ever, ever say anything positive about a Republican, especially

2. Don't ever, ever say anything negative or disparagingly about his
Â*Â*Â* favorite socialist land across the sea ... Norway.Â* He's just
Â*Â*Â* very disappointed he doesn't qualify for immigration.
Maybe ... just maybe ... if he continues his anti-American rants
here in rec.boats a little longer he could try requesting asylum
instead of immigration.
I know a county officeholder who is a Republican. He does a good job. I
vote for him.
I don't have any seriously negative info about Norway.
My rants are anti-Republican and pro-American.
