Fascists in the government are quick to point out driving a car is a
privilege not a right but they also think that means you give up all
of your rights when you get in a car.
It is pretty much true, your rights do not kick in until they get you
back to the station, assuming you live through the experience. The car
itself has no rights at all, not even as it refers to your possession
of it. (as in your 4th, 5th and 6th amendment rights).
