Other than the cholesterol problem, wild caught gulf shrimp are
supposed to be OK. I have never eaten filter feeders like clams and
oysters tho. They are bait.



Used to eat raw oysters caught fresh in Annapolis. That was over 40
years ago. Wouldn't think of doing it now.


I wouldn't do it 40 years ago. Do you know how many PCBs were coming
down the Susquehanna 40 years ago (before they were regulated)
