here they use the boom truck any time they can and that cost is included in the estimate. If the tree is in a tight spot, they use the climbing apparatus and claim that since that takes longer...it's reflected in the price..

There is a clump of huge Linden trees straddling our property line...about 80% on the neighbour's property and 20% on mine. One of these days I'm going to call my insurance agent to see who'd responsible if something bad happens. On the other hand, if I make them aware of it, they may make me do something about it.
