Received a letter from Toyota today.
It is an "Exclusive Upgrade Notification" with my very own "Personal Web Key".
Local dealer is apparently "the site for an exciting and unique
Toyota Truck Upgrade Sale" which is only available to select clients.
I was wondering if I should contact and tell them that a handful
of know-it-alls in wrecked.boats claim that my Highlander isn't a truck.
Anyway they are offering interest rates as low as 0%...cash
incentives up to $4k and a special $2k trade-in voucher. Gotta
make up my mind by Feb 26.
You'll do it. You fall for all of that sales BS.
Well, I do have 43700 kilometers on the odometer (roughly 27000
miles) and it will be 5 years old at the end of next month. Plus I
like the new dash much better. Decisions...decisions.
Wife was working on me to trade in our Bayliner for a VR4...a full
18 feet long and wider. Comes with either a 200hp I/O or a 115 hp
Mercury outboard. have to admit the 175BR squats a bit in the water
with passengers in the rear jump seats and it's a bit more effort to
get it up on plane compared to when there is only the two of us and
our Springer Spaniel.
Well, can't say you weren't well advised.
"Well advised" on what...my truck, my boat...??
What truck? You call your SUV a truck? Do you do so around truck owners?
You were well advised about the boat.
He's been calling his crossover suvs " TRUCKS" ever since he got
his widdle Rav 4.
LOL
Trucks have a cargo bed, or a flatbed. Not a station wagon.
