Restructuring over slump in gun sales which they may not pull out of.
Wont be the first time a large firearm company slid into the abyss...
Their guns have been getting a lot of bad reviews lately. I wouldn't buy
one just based on that.
I have a Remington Jam-o-matic. The 7600 in 30.06. Was famous for
jamming. Is a safe queen for years. When new, the casing jammed and
ripped the bolt face out. Warranty repair. Later case jam and ripped a
slot in the head with the ejector. Was raining during the pig hunt.
Warranty station said was rust that caused jam. I told them bull****, as
I left the casing in the rifle and was not rusty before. Wanted a
replacement and Remington refused. So why would I buy another Remington
arms? Bad service ****es off customers.
