Silly.

I don't really get the K cup thing. I think it is taking something
that is basically dirt cheap, regular drip coffee and making it more
expensive for no particular reason. I do drink more coffee than most K
cup users tho. We have a "one cup" feature on our coffee maker but I
have only used it a few times. This is not a K cup, it is a smaller
filter and a single dose of coffee. You can either use a "pod" a
coffee bag like the Maxwell house thing or a teaspoon of coffee in the
reusable filter basket.
We make a 12 cup pot first thing in the morning, my wife has a mug or
two and I work on the rest all day

Wife worked on me for months until I agreed to get her a Keurig coffee maker. I was perfectly happy with the old Hamilton Beech model we had.
She buys and tries all the different types available in pods while I throw two little scoops of Folgers into the reuseable pod each morning. On Sunday I usually reward myself with a Donut House or MacDonald's pod.

I usually buy Don Carlos from Costco/Sams. It is a pretty good coffee
at a reasonable price. I am still trying to decide if I need my own
grinder. I grind it at the store now and I do think it is better
freshly ground,
