Surprisingly enough they actually employ about 3,000 people but you
wouldn't know it by watching the video. Setting up the automation and
keeping it running must take a substantial effort. That's where the
future jobs are.
The problem is those 3000 people will replace 15000

Of course there is no actual "replacement" in this case since it is a
brand new start up operation. Basically it's a demonstration of what
you can do when starting with a blank sheet of paper.
