Surprisingly enough they actually employ about 3,000 people but you
wouldn't know it by watching the video. Setting up the automation and
keeping it running must take a substantial effort. That's where the
future jobs are.

A guy I work with had a previous job installing and setting up manufacturing robotics. He was working in a facility that "employed" prisoners who earned spending money with their work. He was out on the factory floor setting up one of the new machines and turned around to a group that had assembled and were angry. One of the guys approached and asked if he was putting this stuff in to take away their jobs. He explained that the robots didn't run themselves, and there would be jobs for them to supervise and run the robots. He says the guys calmed down, started asking questions and got really interested in how they worked. That got him out of a tight spot, and the workers ended up interested in the robotics and they kept their jobs.
