Last year I bought a Classic Accessories 'Orion' Boat Cover from Canadian Tire. Got 4 months use out of it last year strickly as a driveway cover. The idea was to save the more expensive, better fitted, original Bayliner cover for road trips more than 25 miles from home.
took the winter navigloo frame and heavy cover off a week ago and temporarly put the Orion cover on. heavier than expected rain come within 2 nights, causing the cover to streach and tear under the weight of pooling water.
Orion cover is claimed to be an "all-season cover specially engineered for trailer travel"

Not without a sturdy framework to support it...and nothing was included..no poles etc.

Anyway, within three days of making a warranty claim...a new one is being shipped to me. Al they needed was a scan copy of original receipt, a picture of the ripped section and a brief explanation.
Hope the new one is a bit more robust...even if it only sits in the driveway.
