What you perceive as a stretcher from Schumer doesn't put him in the
same league as Lying Donald.

I think Trump falls more into the category of a person who just utters
uninformed brain farts than conscious lies. He hears something that
might be true on some level. He doesn't really understand what he
heard and summarizes his opinion in 140 byte bursts.
