The 9th circuit is the most liberal and the most overturned court in
the US, no matter who appointed them. The fact that 5 want to actually
read the letter of the law and not write new law from the bench should
be encouraging to anyone who cares about the constitution and the
separation of powers. The current law as written in 1952 gives the
president wide latitude in immigration matters, whether you like it or
not.
