You do realize that fat doesn't make you fat? Cow don't eat fat, and they are fat. Carbs are what your body turns into fat, among other things. the whole "low fat" fad was what made a lot of people fat with all the added sugars and crap. Marjorine is poison, butter is much healthier. All in moderation.
