Been a crappy weekend. Good friend of mine who was the salt of the
earth passed away suddenly last Friday evening. He was a bass player
in a few bands and was always there to help people out with anything
they needed. Genuine good person. He always had interest in what we
were doing, in Mrs.E.'s horses and helped out big time when I had the
music shop and performance venue and people needed a back up band for
performances. All I had to do was call John and, if he was not busy, he
was there.

It was a shock to get word that he had passed. Late 50's I think.
Sucks when good people go before their time.
